What To Expect
Your initial consultation begins as soon as you walk through the door. The consultation will entail a history of your complaint, followed by a thorough examination. In most cases, we will provide treatment if indicated and safe to do so. Any treatment techniques will be explained in detail and consented by you. If however we require further information, we will refer you to obtain the appropriate imaging or tests first.
Please allow 40 minutes for this consultation process.
A follow up consultation will be organised after your initial consultation. This is important because:
- We need to see how you've responded to your initial treatment and follow up with any assessments
- Determine what will be the best schedule and type of treatment moving forward to get the best results
- Allow's the opportunity to get further diagnostic testing or imaging if required to do so
- Discuss further information regarding your assessments or imaging
