Dr Montel graduated from the prestigious Chiropractic program at RMIT in Melbourne, Australia with a double bachelor degree in Health Science & Applied Science (Chiropractic) in 2022.
He grew a strong interest in the human body and how it functions whilst being involved in sport from an early age. Growing up in New Zealand he loved to play rugby, tennis and swimming before moving to Melbourne where he started playing basketball. Throughout his years of playing sport, he would regularly see a chiropractor to keep his body functioning well so that he could perform at a high level. He understands how frustrating injuries can be as he has experienced many different injuries himself.
Dr Montel focuses on finding the root of the cause of the problem to achieve the best results, as well as helping patients best manage their pain and condition.
He has previously been involved with community clinics in Melbourne and has worked alongside semi-professional basketball athletes.
Montel currently is still playing basketball and attends the gym regularly to maintain his fitness and stay healthy. He avidly practices what he preaches.
